What are the details of the 63-day plan?

The Loading Phase - Days 1 & 2

Designed to prepare the body for fat loss.


The Reduction Phase - Days 3-42

This is the fat loss phase. Average weight loss is between 1/2 lb. & 1.5 lbs. per day.


The Stabilization Phase - Days 43-63

Designed for you to stabilize the weight you lost during the Reduction Phase, before moving onto the next round, or moving into lifetime maintenance.
